Abstract

This collection documents the Peace Alliance of the Lower Shore (PALS), which advocated for local and international peace and was led by Jackie Fritch. The scrapbook contains newspaper clippings, photographs, programs, and other papers from 2003 to 2019. Many of the group members were involved in the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. They hosted weekly vigils at the corner of College Ave and South Salisbury, as well as annual events like Peace in the Park at the Salisbury City Park.
