The Atwood Barwick Collection consists of historical and travel materials accumulated by Atwood Barwick, a transcript of judicial records by Atwood Barwick, and a notebook by Arthur O’Donnell, dating from 1897-2010. It contains brochures, booklets, postcards and ephemera from historic sites in the United States, and booklets, catalogs, extracts, magazines offering insight into historical tourism in the United States from 1924-1984. The collection also contains magazines, newspapers, a transcript of colonial judicial records of Somerset County, Maryland, and a notebook on the First World War by a student at New York University in 1918 offering insight into nautical and United States’ history from 1696-1995.

The Peter Whaley Collection contains information about National Parks, publications on exploration, and a patriotic film dating from 1922 to 1932. Included in the collection are travel guides for Yosemite, Sequoia, General Grant, Grand Canyon, and Yellowstone National Parks. There is also an illustrated guide to Mount Vernon, the home of George Washington. Additionally are two publications, "Billy and Jane Explorers" by James Speed and "Dodge-Lackey Geography of Delaware" by Harter Earley. Finally, there is a 16mm silent film of "Yankee Doodle."
